You need your appliances serviced professionally, and you need it done quickly. Dan Dan's Appliance Service can schedule an in-home visit to have a look at your appliance.
Our experienced technician will diagnose the problem and determine if any parts are needed. The technician is also qualified to install the part, getting your household back to normal, minimizing the duration of the problem. What to expect when you chose Dan Dan's
We know your appliances and care about you!
When you call us our customer service representative will courteously discuss your appliance repair needs and set up an appointment for today if possible or for the day you choose. It is helpful to have your brand, model and serial number available for us before we come to your home The technician will call you between 7 and 10:30 on the day you are scheduled to give you a 2 hour block of time in which he will arrive. He will do his best to work around any time constraints you may have on that day. If you need to be away from home for work or any other reason he can call to meet you 15 to 30 minutes before arrival.
Your experienced service technician determines what parts to carry on his truck for your appliance(s) and will arrive at your home prepared to restore the original dependability of your appliance(s). A 50% diagnosis discount applies to additional appliances when we do it in the same initial visit. If the technician needs to leave your home to pickup parts there is NO CHARGE for the return visit. All trips to complete your repair and any follow-up visits on that appliance for 1 month are included at NO EXTRA CHARGE.
After evaluation the technician will tell you if you require parts and additional labor and ask for your approval to complete the repair.
If you feel you would rather replace the appliance due to the cost of a completed repair you will pay only the minimum charge and as an addional benefit our sales division, "The Appliance Man" will refund ½ of the fee you paid toward the purchase of a replacement appliance within 30 days of your repair.
To assure you of a fair price our labor rates are based on The National Appliance Blue Book. You will not be charged by the hour or the number of trips required completing the repair.
All parts carry a manufacturers warranty and a 30 to 90 day labor warranty. Should you have any difficulty with your appliance after repairs are made please contact us as quickly as possible so we can resolve the issue.
Upon completion of the visit the technician is required to collect any amount due. You may pay by Credit card, cash or an approved check.
