I had my Microwave stop working suddenly as I was preparing a meal and could not get it to turn on again. I thought I needed to buy a new one. I called Dan's service to come and see what the issue was. They were very quick to respond to the call. The service technician (Tim) was very knowledgeable and immediately began to diagnose the issue. I could tell that he knew exactly what to look for and tried multiple solutions to get the microwave working again. The technician was able to quickly fix the microwave and I did not need to buy a new one. YEAH!I would recommend this technician to anyone.Thanks. Super Fast Service

I needed to compare a bid that I thought was too high from another company. (I also wasn't very impressed with their service.) After giving them the information, they called me back within less than 5 minutes and gave me some great advice and even recommended that since I had already paid $60 for the other company to diagnose the problem, it would be cheaper for me to stay with the other company. I was so impressed with their service, helpfulness, friendliness, and honesty on the phone. I'll definitely come back again if I need something else repaired.

I have now used Dan's appliance service twice in the last two months. Once on my dishwasher and today my washing machine. Both times they were very prompt and professional. I will use them again in a heartbeat. I highly recommend them.
